Ideal Vision is a workplace that values employee involvement in addition to productivity. As a result, one of the most significant activities that promotes team spirit, creative thinking, happiness sharing, and teamwork is team building. We have chosen Park Royal Hotel Penang as a leisure resort for a 2-day, 1-night activity that comprises Team Building, Annual Dinner, and Management Review Meeting.

All of the activities during team building require strategy, teamwork, and effective communication among team members. Through this team building, we got to foster a closer relationship among the employees, strengthening communication, increasing trustworthiness between each member, and developing problem-solving skills while we are having fun. Nevertheless, the most important thing is that we have created memories together by giving them opportunities to collaborate and hang out together outside of work-related activities.

In short, the Team Building activities helped to boost employee involvement, communication, and planning skills, as well as uncover hidden talents.
