The event took place on Day 2, 24 May 2023, from 3:30 PM to 5:00 PM. The seminar hosted by InvestPenang, focuses on the theme of "Riding the Industry 4.0 Bandwagon: From Automation Equipment Manufacturing to Industrial IoT Solution Provider".

Ideal Vision proudly celebrated its 9th Anniversary Annual Dinner at Hatten Hotel Melaka on the 11th of May 2023, the first time the annual dinner was held outside of Penang. Themed "A Nostalgic Peranakan Date with Ideal Vision," the event honored the company's growth and paid homage to the Peranakan culture. The evening commenced with a heartfelt speech by our Managing Director, Mr. Edmund Yuen, who addressed the dedicated and passionate employees of Ideal Vision. He emphasized how “We Will Never Walk Alone,” highlighted the importance of unity within the company and acknowledged collective achievements.

What is AOI?
Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) is an automated visual inspection/ computerized process used to inspect, classify and analyze defects of electronic components that may not be visible to the naked eye. It is widely implemented in electronics manufacturing industry to ensure quality and reliability of electronic products. By capturing high-resolution images from various angles and lighting conditions, manufacturers could receive a real time report and correct the detected defects on time by reworking or replacing the faulty components to prevent problems caused in final product.
