City Hunt Escapade: Ideal Vision’s Team Building Adventure in George Town
On the 16th of August, our team embarked on an exciting team building journey through the heart of George Town, Penang. This time, we took our team building activities to the next level with a City Hunt, guided by professional trainers. The event was not just about exploring the historic streets of George Town, but also about enhancing teamwork, creativity, trust, perseverance, courage, execution, strategic thinking, adventurous, visionary and accountability among our colleagues.
The day kicked off with an ice-breaking session and team formation at More by Arang Coffee. After group assignments and a briefing from the trainers, each team received a list of missions and a set allowance. The challenge given was to navigate George Town’s UNESCO Heritage Zone, locating murals and landmarks, and completing the missions for points.
By noon, all teams regrouped, eager to share their adventures. The trainers tallied the points, and the winning team, who traveled mostly on foot, completed all missions and saved the most allowances, showcasing exceptional teamwork and strategy.
The event was a resounding success, with everyone enjoying the camaraderie and the thrill of the hunt. The fun didn’t stop there as our efforts during the City Hunt will play a significant role in the Lucky Draw Game Session at our 10th Anniversary Annual Dinner, scheduled for the following evening. With everyone excited and brimming with curiosity, the anticipation for the Annual Dinner Night is higher than ever.
This team-building event not only allowed us to explore the beautiful heritage of George Town but also to come together as a stronger, more cohesive team. We look forward to what the future holds as we continue to work together and achieve great things.
