Penang Deputy Chief Minister II, YB Tuan Jagdeep Singh Deo, Visits Ideal Vision Integration

Ideal Vision Integration was honoured to welcome Penang Deputy Chief Minister II, YB Tuan Jagdeep Singh Deo, to our facility on 27th September 2024. This special visit highlighted the importance of Penang’s dynamic role in the semiconductor industry and Ideal Vision’s contributions to it.

The visit began with a guided tour of our cutting-edge facility including our Tech Dome and Progress Pavilion, where we showcased our latest demo machines, smart manufacturing system and provided a glimpse into our production capabilities. After the tour, our CEO introduced Ideal Vision’s company profile, presenting our achievements and growth over the past decade.

His honourable then delivered a keynote speech, highlighting technology as the key driver of Penang’s future development. He emphasized that with global technology leaders operating in the state, Penang’s growth prospects are highly promising. Despite being the second smallest state in Malaysia by area, Penang contributes more than 5% to the global semiconductor market, solidifying its position as a national leader in the electronics and electrical industries. He also noted that Penang is home to over 400 multinational companies and 6,000 small and medium-sized enterprises, showcasing its strong commercial and industrial presence.

The visit concluded with a shared commitment to further collaboration between Ideal Vision and key industry players, as we continue to push the boundaries of technological innovation. Ideal Vision is dedicated to strengthening Penang’s position as a global leader in the semiconductor industry and looks forward to driving future success through partnerships and industry leadership.
